A hold is a suite you have reserved against a tenancy nobody has signed yet. It carries an expected start, a term, a tier, an expiry and a probability, and it rolls into the forecast at what it is actually worth.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits reset each month. One-time credit pack credits never expire.
What data do I need?
Your rent roll with one row per unit, your current tenancies with their move in and move out dates, and whatever you are holding against unsigned business. Furna reads property management exports, spreadsheets and CSV files.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial, but the Starter pack is a low-risk way to see your first forecast before you commit to a subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access for the full year.
